La autora, una vez justificada su opci\u00f3n, aporta una nueva definici\u00f3n de cada uno de los t\u00e9rminos mencionados. La finalidad de este apartado es clarificar y enmarcar.  dada la conveniencia de contextualizar la evoluci\u00f3n del voluntariado, se hace referencia a los hechos y a las entidades que han sido promotoras y dinamizadoras de este colectivo solidario.  seguidamente, se inicia el trabajo de campo empleando para ello dos instrumentos:  * el cuestionario (para conocer la opini\u00f3n de los voluntarios sobre la formaci\u00f3n)  * la entrevista (realizada a dirigentes y profesores de escuelas de formaci\u00f3n de voluntarios)  conclusiones:  * el porcentaje de voluntarios que reciben formaci\u00f3n es del 55% y la formaci\u00f3n que reciben se limita pr\u00e1cticamente a cursos y asistencia a jornadas.  * los cursos m\u00e1s solicitados por los voluntarios son los espec\u00edficos, es decir, los que les aportan estrategias y recursos para afrontar su tarea.  * s\u00f3lo el 60% de las asociaciones imparte formaci\u00f3n.  * el 52% de los voluntarios sociales considera que la formaci\u00f3n es imprescindible.  * los motivos por los que hay voluntarios que no se forman son la falta de tiempo y el hecho de no considerarla imprescindible.  * el 64% opina que la formaci\u00f3n que recibe es adecuada.  * los voluntarios que se forman est\u00e1n m\u00e1s convencidos que el voluntariado les ayuda a mejorar personalmente que los que no lo
