{"id":17295,"date":"2002-07-06T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2002-07-06T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/caracterizacion-de-la-materia-organica-de-suelos-de-ecosistemas-representativos-del-paa%c2%ads-vasco-y-su-relacion-con-factores-edaficos-climaticos-y-antropicos\/"},"modified":"2002-07-06T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2002-07-06T00:00:00","slug":"caracterizacion-de-la-materia-organica-de-suelos-de-ecosistemas-representativos-del-paa%c2%ads-vasco-y-su-relacion-con-factores-edaficos-climaticos-y-antropicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-tierra-y-del-espacio\/caracterizacion-de-la-materia-organica-de-suelos-de-ecosistemas-representativos-del-paa%c2%ads-vasco-y-su-relacion-con-factores-edaficos-climaticos-y-antropicos\/","title":{"rendered":"Caracterizaci\u00f3n de la materia org\u00e1nica de suelos de ecosistemas representativos del pa\u00eds vasco y su relaci\u00f3n con factores ed\u00e1ficos, clim\u00e1ticos y antr\u00f3picos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Amaia Granuza Monje <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se muestrearon los horizontes organominerales de 30 suelos bajo los tipos de vegetaci\u00f3n y uso del suelo m\u00e1s extendidos en el pa\u00eds vasco (bosques de frondosas, marcescentes, escler\u00f3filas, con\u00edferas, matorral de eric\u00e1ceas, pastos y cultivos) con el objetivo principal de caracterizar la zona de transici\u00f3n entre el ambiente atl\u00e1ntico y el mediterr\u00e1neo en funci\u00f3n de la naturaleza de la materia org\u00e1nica del suelo (mos), su estabilidad frente a la mineralizaci\u00f3n y los usos del suelo susceptibles de producir degradaci\u00f3n del medio ed\u00e1fico, as\u00ed como identificar los factores que regulan la acumulaci\u00f3n de c en el suelo.  se midieron par\u00e1metros ed\u00e1ficos (capacidad de retenci\u00f3n h\u00eddrica, ph, granulometr\u00eda, cationes intercambiables, acidez y aluminio de cambio, carbono org\u00e1nico, nitr\u00f3geno total, f\u00f3sforo asimilable), se realiz\u00f3 el fraccionamiento de la materia org\u00e1nica (materia org\u00e1nica libre, \u00e1cidos h\u00famicos, \u00e1cidos f\u00falvicos, humina extra\u00edble y no extra\u00edble) y se estudi\u00f3 la naturaleza qu\u00edmica de los \u00e1cidos h\u00famicos mediante espectroscop\u00eda visible a infrarroja. Se estim\u00f3 la actividad biol\u00f3gica potencial del suelo mediante un experimento de incubaci\u00f3n en estufa a 27\u00c2\u00bac durante el cual se midi\u00f3 el desprendimiento diario de co2 durante 1 mes. A partir del mismo se modelizaron las curvas de producci\u00f3n de co2 acumulado mediante regresi\u00f3n no lineal y se relacionaron los par\u00e1metros obtenidos con factores ambientales y par\u00e1metros relativos a la naturaleza de la mos. Se obtuvieron modelos para la acumulaci\u00f3n del c en el suelo mediante regresi\u00f3n lineal utilizando variables ed\u00e1ficas y clim\u00e1ticas. Se realizaron test de la t student para comprobar si exist\u00edan diferencias significativas entre los valores medios de ciertas variables ed\u00e1ficas (como la densidad \u00f3ptica de los \u00e1cidos h\u00famicos, el contenido en c del suelo, el contenido en mol, los coeficientes de mineralizaci\u00f3n, etc.) en funci\u00f3n del tipo clim\u00e1tico, de
