{"id":17299,"date":"2002-07-06T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2002-07-06T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/motivacion-escolar-autoestima-e-interaccion\/"},"modified":"2002-07-06T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2002-07-06T00:00:00","slug":"motivacion-escolar-autoestima-e-interaccion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/psicologia\/motivacion-escolar-autoestima-e-interaccion\/","title":{"rendered":"Motivaci\u00f3n escolar: autoestima e interacci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Mu\u00f1oz Siguenza Adri\u00e1n Refugio <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo principal de la tesis pretende conocer la incidencia de algunos cambios en el modo de gestionar la autoridad y la interacci\u00f3n en el aula en el aprendizaje, motivaci\u00f3n y autoestima de los estudiantes.  para ello, se realizaron tres estudios te\u00f3rico-metodol\u00f3gicos orientados a indagar los efectos de esa intervenci\u00f3n en el rendimiento acad\u00e9mico, la autoestima y la motivaci\u00f3n entre estudiantes de bachillerato. Por otra parte tambi\u00e9n se evaluaron el papel de esa intervenci\u00f3n en el cambio de las creencias sobre los modos de ense\u00f1ar de los docentes que participaron en el trabajo.  los estudios fueron realizados con una muestra de 287 estudiantes mexicanos de bachillerato de una escuela privada, urbana, de clase media, y con los tres profesores encargados de su docencia.  as\u00ed mismo, se ha investigado el grado en que un mejoramiento en la calidad de la interacci\u00f3n en el sal\u00f3n de clase incide sobre la estructura social de los grupos y el lugar social de cada una de sus miembros dentro de aquellos, contribuyendo as\u00ed al mejoramiento de la autoestima de los estudiantes.  entre los principales resultados cabe destacar la incidencia que tuvo la intervenci\u00f3n en la mejora del rendimiento acad\u00e9mico, tal como se ten\u00eda previsto. Pudo comprobarse tambi\u00e9n que una modificaci\u00f3n sobre el estilo docente de comunicaci\u00f3n y ejercicio de la autoridad puede producirse de manera relativamente r\u00e1pida y eficaz, contribuyendo a mejorar el aprendizaje y la motivaci\u00f3n de los estudiantes. Por otra parte, los resultados permiten inferir que la consolidaci\u00f3n de tales cambios podr\u00eda contribuir al mejoramiento posterior de la autoestima de los alumnos y del cambio de creencias en
