Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las glicosiltransferasas (ec 2.4) son uno de los grupos enzim\u00e1ticos m\u00e1s estudiados, debido a su aplicaci\u00f3n en la s\u00edntesis de az\u00facares nuevos y oligosac\u00e1ridos. Dentro de este grupo est\u00e1 la ciclodextrina glucosiltransferasa (cgtasa).  las principales l\u00edneas desarrolladas en esta tesis doctoral se enumeran a continuaci\u00f3n:  1,- purificaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de la ggtasa de thermoanerobacter sp.  2,- utilizaci\u00f3n de los estrategias diferentes (modificaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica e inmovilizaci\u00f3n covalente) con el objeto de aumentar la estabilidad y funcionalidad de la enzima.  2.2.1,- la modificaci\u00f3n ha permitido variar el balance de cargas positivas y negativas en el biocatalizador, mejorando la selectividad de la enzima hacia la reacci\u00f3n de transferencia.  2.2.2,- como consecuencia de la inmovilizaci\u00f3n de la enzima al soporte (eupergit c), se ha producido un cambio de la selectividad de la cgtasa, favoreci\u00e9ndose la s\u00edntesis de oligosac\u00e1ridos.
