Estas estrategias incluyen, tanto el desarrollo de una herramienta de modelado por ordenador, como la puesta a punto de instalaciones experimentales espec\u00edficas. La primera es capaz de predecir el comportamiento del flujo en el interior de este tipo de motores desde el punto de vista de prestaciones. Con las segundas se obtiene informaci\u00f3n emp\u00edrica que complementa el proceso de modelado y diagnostica las limitaciones asociadas al empleo de \u00e9ste. El inter\u00e9s de estos resultados es inmediato por la importancia que puede producir sobre el an\u00e1lisis de los fen\u00f3menos internos y la consiguiente mejora de los procesos involucrados.  las principales conclusiones que se derivan del trabajo realizado son: la validez de las estrategias de modelado desarrolladas al comparar con resultados experimentales, la importancia del an\u00e1lisis del comportamiento fluidodin\u00e1mico del flujo en el motor contemplando todos los sistemas que integran el mismo, y las limitaciones que presenta el uso exclusivo de un modelo 1d al reproducir los
