Marta Agundez Salinas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han aislado diferentes formas polimorficas en funci\u00f3n de diversas condiciones de cristalizaci\u00f3n como naturelza del disolvente, temperatura de cristalizaci\u00f3n, velocidad de agitaci\u00f3n y concentraci\u00f3n de la disoluci\u00f3n.  para el estudio de caracterizaci\u00f3n de las formas s\u00f3lidas aisladas se han utilizando diversas t\u00e9cnicas anal\u00edticas: calorimetr\u00eda diferencial de barrido, termogravimetr\u00eda, termomicroscop\u00eda, difractometr\u00eda de rayos x, espectroscop\u00eda infrarroja, microscop\u00eda \u00f3ptica, an\u00e1lisis elemental y resonancia magn\u00e9tica nuclear.  se ha determinado las diferencias en la estructura cristalina y molecular entre las formas cristalinas i y ii mediante difracci\u00f3n de rayos x en monocristal, resonancia magn\u00e9tica nuclear en estado s\u00f3lido y espectroscop\u00eda de infrarrojo.  se ha efectuado un estudio de la influencia de las condiciones de almacenamiento y del estr\u00e9s mec\u00e1nico en la estabilidad del estado amorfo y de las formas polim\u00f3rficas.  se ha estudiado la solubilidad y velocidad de disoluci\u00f3n de cada una de las formas y se han determinado las posibles diferencias significativas en la velocidad de disoluci\u00f3n de las formas aisladas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
