Para ello se ha determinado la constante aparente de velocidad de absorci\u00f3n del tiamtereno utilizando un amplio \u00e1mbito de concentraciones en intestino completo de rata wistar a diferentes valores de ph intestinal. en los ensayos de inhibici\u00f3n se ha determinado la constante aparente de velocidad de absorci\u00f3n del triamtereno en presencia de \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico y metotrexato a ph 7.00. Otro de los objetivos de este trabajo es estudiar la posible secreci\u00f3n intestinal del triamtereno por portadores como la glicoprote\u00edna-p. as\u00ed pues, se ha determinado la constante aparente de velocidad de absorci\u00f3n del triamtereno en presencia de verapamilo, a tres valores de ph (5.00, 7.00 y 8.00). Adicionalmente se han llevado a cabo ensayos de eliminaci\u00f3n transintestinal de triamtereno tras su administraci\u00f3n por v\u00eda intravenosa, en ausencia y presencia de verapamilo en lumen intestinal. Los ensayos de absorci\u00f3n se han realizado utilizando una t\u00e9cnica de perfusi\u00f3n in situ sin recirculaci\u00f3n. El an\u00e1lisis de las muestras se ha efectuado mediante cromatograf\u00eda l\u00edquida de alta eficacia, hplc, con detecci\u00f3n por fluorescenica. el procedimiento anal\u00edtico fue validado previamente en el \u00e1mbito de concentraciones ensayadas. Las conclusiones m\u00e1s relevantes de los ensayos realizados en esta memoria son las siguientes:  1,- la cin\u00e9tica de absorci\u00f3n del triamtereno, en el intestino delgado de rata, a ph 7.00 y 5.00 puede describirse mediante un modelo concentraci\u00f3n dependiente, que incluye un proceso de difusi\u00f3n pasiva y otro de absorci\u00f3n activa.  2,- a ph 8.00, en este mismo lugar, la
