{"id":17378,"date":"2002-12-06T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2002-12-06T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/innovaciones-en-cromatografia-electrocinetica-micelar-determinacion-de-plaguicidas\/"},"modified":"2002-12-06T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2002-12-06T00:00:00","slug":"innovaciones-en-cromatografia-electrocinetica-micelar-determinacion-de-plaguicidas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/innovaciones-en-cromatografia-electrocinetica-micelar-determinacion-de-plaguicidas\/","title":{"rendered":"Innovaciones en cromatografia electrocin\u00e9tica micelar. determinaci\u00f3n de plaguicidas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Molina Mart\u00edn Manuel Francisco <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objeto de esta tesis doctoral ha consistido en el desarrollo de procedimientos y metodolog\u00edas innovadoras para acercar la cromatograf\u00eda electrocin\u00e9tica micelar (mekc) al an\u00e1lisis de rutina, especialmente en el \u00e1mbito de la determinaci\u00f3n de plaguicidas.  se ha incidido fundamentalmente en las etapas iniciales del proceso anal\u00edtico, as\u00ed como en la separaci\u00f3n de los analitos mediante esta t\u00e9cnica y la medida de la se\u00f1al anal\u00edtica.  respecto a la etapa de tratamiento de la muestra, se hand esarrollado diversas metodolog\u00edas de preconcentraci\u00f3n tales como la extracci\u00f3n en fase s\u00f3lida (spe) y la preconcentraci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea de la muestra (stacking). Dentro de esta etapa, tambi\u00e9n se han estudiado las alternativas existentes para la derivatizaci\u00f3n de compuestos aminados usando reactivos an\u00e1logos a la fluoresce\u00edna para una determinaci\u00f3n sensible de los productos mediante fluorescencia inducida por l\u00e1ser. Las buenas prestaciones de uno de los reactivos usados (diclorotriazinilamino fluoresce\u00edna, dtaf) han permitido la aplicaci\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica de reacci\u00f3n en capilar, consiguiendo un mayor grado de automatizaci\u00f3n del m\u00e9todo propuesto.  se han estudiado las variables fundamentales de la separaci\u00f3n y se ha hecho uso de alternativas menos convencionales tales como el uso de mezclas de modificadores org\u00e1nicos en la disoluci\u00f3n de desarrollo. Para la determinaci\u00f3n de derivados de los analitos, con carga negativa, se propuso la modalidad de cromatograf\u00eda electrocin\u00e9tica micelar con tensoactivos no i\u00f3nicos, que permite un ajuste de la selectividad m\u00e1s flexible.  como alternativas a la detecci\u00f3n mediante absorci\u00f3n uv, se han usado la fluorescencia inducida por l\u00e1ser (lif) y la espectrometr\u00eda de masas (ms). La primera de ellas disminuye enormemente los niveles de concentraci\u00f3n que se pueden determinar y la selectividad, al tratarse de una t\u00e9cnica no universal.
