Se trata del primer paso en el reconocimiento autom\u00e1tico de las nubes presentes en una escena captada desde la superficie planetaria. La utilizaci\u00f3n de un sistema captador disponible en el mercado de consumo (c\u00e1mara digital de resoluci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar m\u00e1s un ordenador personal) permite desarrollar el m\u00e9todo con una financiaci\u00f3n muy razonable. Entre las diversas aplicaciones posibles destaca la comparaci\u00f3n entre la segmentaci\u00f3n objetiva que realiza el sistema desarrollado y la observaci\u00f3n visual subjetiva. La idea b\u00e1sica para conseguir una segmentaci\u00f3n mejorada y superior a la tradicional observaci\u00f3n subjetiva de la nubosidad, es comparar las caracter\u00edsticas colorim\u00e9tricas y de
