En este sentido, la introducci\u00f3n de restricciones est\u00e9ricas en el dip\u00e9ptido bioactivo con objeto de reducir el n\u00famero de conformaciones accesibles y fijar las que son bioactivas resulta ser una gran fuente de informaci\u00f3n de dichas relaciones.  una de las muchas posibilidades para restringir conformacionalmente el aspartame, consiste en la sustituci\u00f3n de alguno de los dos residuos que lo componen por otros an\u00e1logos pero con cierta rigidez estructural. dado que el residuo de asp\u00e1rtico admite pocos cambios en su estructura sin que se pierda la bioactividad del aspartame, nos centramos en introducir modificaciones sobre el residuos de fenilalanina.  en este trabajo se han sintetizado fenilalaninas conformacionalmente restringidas que se han incorporado en el edulcorante aspartame y se ha estudiado el efecto que estas restricciones han introducido en los nuevos derivados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
