Esther <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La aplicaci\u00f3n de la transformaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica en la mejora de la patata (solamum tuberosum l.) Permite una transferencia r\u00e1pida y econ\u00f3mica de los genes deseados desde una especie o variedad a otra preservando las caracter\u00edsticas intr\u00ednsecas del genotipo receptor.  se ha introducido genes con resistencia frente a los principales pat\u00f3genos virales y f\u00fangicos en los cvs. De patata, de buenas caracter\u00edsticas, nagore, inca, nerea, zarina, desiree y superior, pero susceptibles a algunas enfermedades. la introducci\u00f3n de genes se realiz\u00f3 via agrobacterium tumefaciens con distintas combinaciones de genes de resistencia: cplmv (gen de la c\u00e1pside proteica del virus del mosaico de la lechuga) con protecci\u00f3n frente al virus pvy; gen de la osmotina ap24 y gen de la glucanasa con protecci\u00f3n frente al hongo phytophthora infestans; rip30 (prote\u00edna inactivadora de ribosomas) con resistencia a hongos; y el gen de la quitinasa chia con protecci\u00f3n frente a rhizoctonia solani. Tambi\u00e9n se evaluaron plantas obtenidas en el ingebi de argentina frente a los pat\u00f3genos v\u00edricos pvy y plrv y portadores de los genes cplmv y replicasa.  se evaluaron frente a los pat\u00f3genos v\u00edricos y f\u00fangicos pvy, plrv, r.Solani y p.Infestans, obteniendo plantas portadoras del en cplmv con resistencias frente al virus pvy, plantas resistentes a plrv portadoras de la replicasa de plrv, y l\u00edneas prometedoras portando los genes rip30 y chia con resistencia al hongo r.Solani.
