Clara <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En primer lugar se ha analizado el efecto que lesiones discretas o la inactivacion reversible de diferentes areas funcionales de la corteza prefrontal (medial y sulcal) de la rata producen sobre la ejecucion de una tarea de alternancia y sobre la actividad motora con el fin de determinar si estos procedimientos permiten diferenciar funcionalmente a animales lesionados en la corteza prefrontal medial de animales controles o lesionados en la corteza prefrontal sulcal.A continuacion se ha estudiado el efecto de la manipulacion del sistema dopaminercico, colinergico, noradrenergico y gabaertico, sobre la tarea de alternancia y la actividad motora.
