Diez pastillas (8 mm x 2,5 mm) de cada material fueron preparados y polimerizados siguiendo las instrucciones de los respectivos fabricantes: alert (jeneric-pentron) y filek z250 (3m) &#8211; polimerizaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de luz hal\u00f3gena durante 120 segundos con 400 mw\/cm2; artglass (kulzer) &#8211; polimerizaci\u00f3n con unidad polimerizadora estrobosc\u00f3pica unix s a 520 nm\/20 hz durante 180 segundos: belleglass (kerr) &#8211; fotoplimerizaci\u00f3n con luz hal\u00f3gena a 500 nm durante 60 segundos y post polimerizaci\u00f3n a 138\u00c2\u00bac bajo presi\u00f3n (29 ib\/pol2) con nitr\u00f3geno durante 20 minutos. Los espec\u00edmenes fueron almacenados en tubos polypropilene quimicamente inertes con 10 ml de agua destilada en los periodos de 0, 12, 24 y 48 horas, 7, 30 ,60 y 90 d\u00edas para los ensayos de microdureza knoop y a los 0, 30, 60 y 90 d\u00edas para las determinaciones qu\u00edmicas a trav\u00e9s de espectrofotometr\u00eda. El n\u00famero de dureza knoop fue obtenido con cinco indentaciones bajo carga de 50 gramos durante 30 segundos en la superficie de cada cuerpo de prueba durante cada per\u00edodo de tiempo de almacenamiento y las concentraciones de al, ba, b. sr, sb, si, mg, ti y zn lixiviados en las soluciones fueron obtenidos a trav\u00e9s de espectrofotometr\u00eda de emisi\u00f3n at\u00f3mica con acoplamiento de plasma (icp-aes). Los resultados obtenidos indicaron que un largo per\u00edodo de tiempo de almacenamiento aument\u00f3 la cantidad de lixiviaci\u00f3n y disminuy\u00f3 la microdureza superficial de los materiales
