Las investigaciones realizadas permiten asignar la actividad catal\u00edtica a un intermedio de oxidaci\u00f3n con estructura de quinona-diimina (2,8-dioxoderivado de adenina). se ha encontrado una metodolog\u00eda muy simple y r\u00e1pida de modificaci\u00f3n de electrodos que, dada su versatilidad, ha permitido la resoluci\u00f3n de varios problemas anal\u00edticos. Se han dise\u00f1ado electrodos modificados con los productos de oxidaci\u00f3n de coenzima a, s-adenosil-l-metionina, adenosina, amp, atp y adp para la determianci\u00f3n amperom\u00e9trica de nadh a bajos potenciales. este \u00faltimo dispositivo ha sido acoplado a un sistema por inyecci\u00f3n en flujo para llevar a cabo la determinaci\u00f3n de la actividad s\u00e9rica de lactato deshidrogenasa.
