Esto es as\u00ed, tanto por su sencillez, como por su aplicabilidad en la rutina diaria en un laboratorio cl\u00ednico.  b,- ambas t\u00e9cnicas permiten la detecci\u00f3n de clonalidad en mieloma m\u00faltiple en un porcentaje superior al 80% sin la presencia de falsos positivos. no obstante, la t\u00e9cnica de pcr-genescan, es m\u00e1s reproducible y aporta una mayor objetividad en los casos en el l\u00edmite de detecci\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica (entre 10-2 y 10-3).  c,- la detecci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas clonales en los productos de af\u00e9resis de los pacientes sometidos a autotrasplante de progenitores hematopoy\u00e9ticos de sangre perif\u00e9rica por ambas t\u00e9cnicas, tiene utilidad cl\u00ednica. As\u00ed, en nuestro estudio, los pacientes trasplantados con productos contaminados con c\u00e9lulas clonales, tienen una respuesta al trasplante menor y una supervivencia libre de enfermedad y global m\u00e1s corta que los trasplantados con af\u00e9resis policlonales.  d,- la t\u00e9cnica de pcr\/genescanning permite detectar monoclonalidad en las muestras de m\u00e9dula \u00f3sea en pacientes con mm al finalizar el tratamiento, incluso en pacientes en remisi\u00f3n completa. Adem\u00e1s, su detecci\u00f3n se relaciona con el tratamiento empleado (mayor tras quimioterapia sola, que tras trasplante aut\u00f3logo de progenitores hematopoy\u00e9ticos), peor respuesta
