Los complejos sintetizados presentan una amplia oferta estereoqu\u00edmica y se ha podido determinar una relaci\u00f3n entre los patrones observados en los espectros de resonancia magnetica nuclear de los complejos en disoluci\u00f3n y las caracter\u00edsticas estereoqu\u00edmicas de los mismos. En base a estas relaciones, se ha podido comprobar c\u00f3mo determinados factores de tipo electr\u00f3nico (formaci\u00f3n de enlaces de hidr\u00f3geno) o est\u00e9reos condicionan que uno de los diaster\u00e9omeros se forme preferencialmente. la ausencia de estos factores conducen en algunos casos a cierta inseguridad en las asignaciones estructurales en disoluci\u00f3n (complejos  (ru(bipy)2(2-(p-ch3c6h4nhch2)c5h4n)))(pf6)2 y (ru(bipy)2(2-(p-ch3oc6h4nhch2)c5h4n)))(pf6)2) y en otros directamente a la formaci\u00f3n de mezclas de diastere\u00f3meros (complejos (ru(ch3cn)(n5 -c5h5)(2-(p-ch3c6h4nhch2)c5h4n))pf6 y (ru(co)(n5 -c5h5)(2-(p-ch3c6h4nhch2)  c5h4n))pf6) en disoluci\u00f3n. En cualquier caso, y considerando exclusivamente la conformaci\u00f3n del anillo quelato y la configuraci\u00f3n en torno al nitr\u00f3geno amina, se ha observado en todos los complejos la formaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica del diastere\u00f3mero s y su enant\u00edomero, r. Estos complejos presentan la particularidad de presentar el grupo m\u00e1s voluminoso unido al nitr\u00f3geno amina (en nuestro caso un grupo arilo) en disposici\u00f3n ecuatorial respecto al anillo quelato.  los complejos amina sintetizados pueden deshidrogenar hacia complejos imina por dos caminos diferentes dependiendo de que se utilice oxidante o no.
