{"id":17694,"date":"2018-03-09T09:05:52","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:05:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/mapa-de-destino-de-la-placa-neural-de-pollo-en-estadio-hh3d-4\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:05:52","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:05:52","slug":"mapa-de-destino-de-la-placa-neural-de-pollo-en-estadio-hh3d-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/mapa-de-destino-de-la-placa-neural-de-pollo-en-estadio-hh3d-4\/","title":{"rendered":"Mapa de destino de la placa neural de pollo en estadio hh3d\/4"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Pedro Fern\u00e1ndez Garre <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Detallado mapa de destino de la placa neural de pollo, en estadio hh3d\/4 (hamburger y hamilton 1951) obtenido por la realizaci\u00f3n de numerosos trasplantes homoespec\u00edficos, homot\u00f3picos e isocr\u00f3nicos realizados en embriones de pollo cultivados con la t\u00e9cnica de new, y usando para marcar el tejido del embri\u00f3n donante, una mezcla de colorantes vitales fluorescentes (cfse y rhodamina). los embriones experimentales, cuando hab\u00edan alcanzado un desarrollo entre hh9-11 (tubo neural temprano), eran fijados y visualizado su marcaje por inmunodetecci\u00f3n con un anticuerpo antifluoresceina. Los embriones eran a continuaci\u00f3n seccionados transversalmente en secuencia rostro-caudal, permitiendo la localizaci\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas marcadas que derivaban del trasplante.  la clasificaci\u00f3n en conjuntos de trasplantes puramente neurales, puramente no neurales y mixtos, permiti\u00f3, por comparaci\u00f3n entre estos conjuntos, establecer la frontera neural\/no neural en estadio hh3d\/4. El an\u00e1lisis adicional de todos los datos permiti\u00f3 determinar las subdivisiones antero-posteriores y dorso-ventrales de la placa neural temprana, incluso la localizaci\u00f3n de la placa del suelo, la ves\u00edcula \u00f3ptica y la placoda \u00f3ptica prospectivas. es de destacar en este mapa de destino las reducidas dimensiones de la placa neural en la que aparece una escotadura medio-rostral, que las l\u00edneas divisorias, y de las \u00e1reas rostro-caudales, no son rectas, sino que presentan una ligera incurvaci\u00f3n en sentido rostral y que la placa del suelo se sit\u00faa no solo a nivel rostral del n\u00f3dulo, como se postulaba hasta ahora, sino tambi\u00e9n lateral al n\u00f3dulo y a la l\u00ednea primitiva rostral.  la obtenci\u00f3n de estos novedosos datos nos permiti\u00f3 contrastar y discutir esta disposici\u00f3n topol\u00f3gica con algunos dominios de expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica, con la intenci\u00f3n de verificar las interpretaciones previas respecto al car\u00e1cter neural o no neural de dichos genes.
