En nuestro grupos se gener\u00f3 un modelo de rat\u00f3n transg\u00e9nico fus-chop, el cual expresaba de manera ubicua el transg\u00e9n bajo el control del promotor del factor de elongaci\u00f3n 1alfa. El an\u00e1lisis de estos ratones mostr\u00f3 que, a pesar de la expresi\u00f3n ubicua del transg\u00e9n, \u00fanicamente desarrollaron liposarcomas mixoides, indicando que fus-chop estaba \u00edntimamente relacionado con la patog\u00e9nesis del liposarcoma mixoide. Posteriormente, pudimos comprobar que el dominio fus desempe\u00f1aba un papel esencial en las acciones mediadas por fus-chop, ya que los ratones transg\u00e9nicos chop no desarrollaron ning\u00fan tipo de tumor y ten\u00edan un desarrollo del wat esencialmente normal, y la destrucci\u00f3n del dominio quim\u00e9rico resultante de la fusi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica en ratones transg\u00e9nicos chop-fus no produjo cambios en el fenotipo de estos ratones.  para completar este estudio, en el presente proyecto doctoral, nosotros hemos demostrado que ambos dominios son imprescindibles para la g\u00e9nesis del liposarcoma, ya que los ratones transg\u00e9nicos fus no desarrollan liposarcomas y tienen un desarrollo del wat normal, y que adem\u00e1s, los dominios fus y chop actuan de manera independiente, ya que la generaci\u00f3n de animales doble transg\u00e9nicos fusxchop presentan el mismo fenotipo que los ratones transg\u00e9nicos fus-chop.  por otra parte, mediante un estudio gen\u00f3mico-funcional hemos comprobado que el bloqueo de la diferenciaci\u00f3n a dipoc\u00edtica que sufren los ratones transg\u00e9nicos fus-chop podr\u00eda ser producido por un descenso en el tejido adiposo blanco de los niveles de ppargamma1, rxtalfa y c\/ebpalfa. Adem\u00e1s hemos demostrado a nivel funcional que la represi\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n de p21 y trombospondina-1 por fus-chop tiene un papel fundamental en el fenotipo que presentan los ratones
