En la primer parte se hace una exposici\u00f3n de los principales aspectos del marco te\u00f3rico; la noci\u00f3n de cultura de la organizaci\u00f3n, los enfoques que se dan en el estudio de la cultura de la organizaci\u00f3n, los enfoques que se dan en la cultura corporativa, los componentes y din\u00e1mica que se dan en la cultura de la organizaci\u00f3n, las funciones que cumple la cultura en la organizaci\u00f3n, las topolog\u00edas que se han elaborado sobre las culturas organizacionales, las subculturas existentes dentro de las organizaciones y finalmente una concreci\u00f3n de todo lo anterior en la organizaci\u00f3n escolar.  en la segunda parte, se analiza el marco metodol\u00f3gico del estudio emp\u00edrico de un caso, se describe un centro escolar y se justifican los m\u00e9todos y t\u00e9cnicas utilizados en el trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n: la observaci\u00f3n participante, el grupo de expertos, la encuesta y las t\u00e9cnicas de an\u00e1lisis de datos.  la tercera parte se centra en los resultados del estudio emp\u00edrico.
