No es necesario un caudal constante ni el uso de medidores calibrados de referencia. Se adjunta asimismo una estimaci\u00f3n por intervalos que acota el error de la estimaci\u00f3n puntual y, tras introducir el concepto de coeficientes de reparto, se aborda el estudio y tratamiento de estimaci\u00f3n de varianzas en redes lineales con dep\u00f3sitos de acumulaci\u00f3n. Se completa con la aplicaci\u00f3n de las t\u00e9cnicas de localizaci\u00f3n de defectos por an\u00e1lisis de firmas, mejoradas por el estudio de tolerancias anteriormente realizado.  posteriormente se aborda la incoherencia de los balances en la red y se aplica la estimaci\u00f3n  de caudales por m\u00e1xima probabilidad, de modo que los caudales estimados verifiquen exactamente las ecuaciones de balance. ello permite probar la hip\u00f3tesis de nulidad de los residuos normalizados para validar o no la hip\u00f3tesis de distribuci\u00f3n normal de los errores de medida, y por tanto corroborar la tolerancia estimada \u00aba priori\u00bb. Finalmente, despu\u00e9s de validar los resultados te\u00f3ricos por simulaci\u00f3n, se a\u00f1ade un ejemplo pr\u00e1ctico real, se presentan las conclusiones de este estudio y se proponen futuras
