{"id":17815,"date":"2018-03-09T09:06:04","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:06:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/comportamiento-de-mezclas-cemento-oxidos-metalicos\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:06:04","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:06:04","slug":"comportamiento-de-mezclas-cemento-oxidos-metalicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ingenieria-y-tecnologia-quimicas\/comportamiento-de-mezclas-cemento-oxidos-metalicos\/","title":{"rendered":"Comportamiento de mezclas cemento\/oxidos met\u00e1licos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Delgado Chacon Parra Emilio <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Entre la gran variedad de sustancias que constituyen los residuos cabe destacar los metales pesados, que pueden dar al residuo un comportamiento peligroso por su toxicidad.  los \u00f3xidos de zinc, plomo y hierro se encuentran en escorias, polvos y lodos despu\u00e9s del tratamiento de gases en factor\u00edas de aceros y en hornos donde se usa chatarra como material sin procesar (reciclado de chapa galvanizada). el cromo es m\u00e1s com\u00fan en la industria del acero inoxidable.  la presencia de metales pesados en los residuos modifica las propiedades del cemento, afectando de manera directa a las caracter\u00edsticas del producto final. En este sentido, es importante evaluar la influencia de estos metales en el comportamiento del cemento.  en el presente trabajo se estudia la influencia de los \u00f3xidos de zinc, hierro, cromo y plomo en las propiedades f\u00edsicas, mec\u00e1nicas, qu\u00edmicas y ambientales del cemento portland. Las propiedades estudiadas en los productos son: tiempo de fraguado, fuerza de comprensi\u00f3n, humedad, densidad a granel y capacidad de neutralizaci\u00f3n \u00e1cida. Adem\u00e1s de estudiar en el lixiviado los par\u00e1metros: potencial redox, conductividad y concentraciones de metales.  con el fin de obtener resultados experimentales, se han desarrollado dos dise\u00f1os factoriales fraccionados del tipo 2(4-1), en los cuales los factores que influyen en el sistema son cada una las concentraciones de los 4 \u00f3xidos met\u00e1licos del estudio. Adicionalmente, las variables respuestas son las propiedades f\u00edsicas, mec\u00e1nicas, qu\u00edmicas y ambientales m\u00e1s importantes en el producto basado en cemento-\u00f3xidos met\u00e1licos.
