Vera Garc\u00eda <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la literatura se recomienda la realizaci\u00f3n de programas de entrenamiento abdominal est\u00e1tico para mejorar la estabilizaci\u00f3n activa del vaquis, sin embargo, en el ambito deportivo se utilizan m\u00e9todos din\u00e1micos. El objeto de este estudio es determinar la influencia de dos programas de entrenamiento abdominal, uno din\u00e1mico y otro est\u00e1tico, sobre la actividad el\u00e9ctrica del rectas y obliques externos abdominis.  muestra (15 + &#8211; 0,8 a\u00f1os, 168,8 + &#8211; 7,9 cm y 61,7 + &#8211; 9,9 kg). Control (n=10) grupo est\u00e1tico (n=9), din\u00e1mico (n=10), mixto (n=10). 3 sesiones de entrenamiento a la semana, 8 semanas. Se determin\u00f3 las adaptaciones neurales y la influencia de \u00e9ste sobre la respuesta refleja ante variaciones de carga repentinas, la resistencia a la fatiga y la potencia.  la fiabilidad del m\u00e9todo se &#8212; ante la ausencia de diferencias con el grupo control. El entrenamiento solo mejor\u00f3 la resistencia de la musculatura analizada.
