Por todo ello, entender las condiciones celulares y factores moleculares cr\u00edticos de los \u00f3rganos embrionarios, interesa en la idea de intentar mimetizar o recapitular la ontogenia del desarrollo temprano en la regeneraci\u00f3n de los tejidos adultos. En este trabajo se caracteriza una poblaci\u00f3n de progenitores bipotenciales hep\u00e1ticos, presente desde los estadios m\u00e1s iniciales del desarrollo del \u00f3rgano en rat\u00f3n y cuya diferenciaci\u00f3n a hepatocitos y c\u00e9lulas biliares puede ser reproducida en modelos in vitro. Aunque el enfoque de este trabajo es puramente experimental, no se escapa su potencial en el desarrollo ex vivo de c\u00e9lulas hep\u00e1ticas normofuncionales y capaces de ser utilizadas en una
