{"id":17922,"date":"2018-03-09T09:06:14","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:06:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/inestabilidades-de-turing-en-sistemas-de-reaccion-difusion\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:06:14","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:06:14","slug":"inestabilidades-de-turing-en-sistemas-de-reaccion-difusion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/inestabilidades-de-turing-en-sistemas-de-reaccion-difusion\/","title":{"rendered":"Inestabilidades de turing en sistemas de reacci\u00f3n-difusi\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Bego\u00f1a Pe\u00f1a Pellicer <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis es una contribuci\u00f3n al estudio te\u00f3rico de las inestabilidades de turing, que se han observado en los \u00fatlimos a\u00f1os en reacciones qu\u00edmicas. en particular se analizan dos modelos de reacci\u00f3n-difusi\u00f3n para investigar los patrones de turing estacionarios y oscilantes, respectivamente.  la parte i est\u00e1 motivada por la reacci\u00f3n cima (chlorite-iodide-malonic acid), en la que se han observado patrones de turing estacionarios en forma de bandas y hex\u00e1gonos. El an\u00e1lisis te\u00f3rico se ha llevado a cabo a trav\u00e9s del modelo bruselator, un esquema simple de reacci\u00f3n -bien conocido en este tema- que permite comprender en gran medida los resultados experimentales. los diagramas de estabilidad calculados a partir de las ecuaciones de amplitud y fase se han comparado con simulaciones directas del modelo. Para completar trabajos anteriores, se han introducido en esos c\u00e1lculos las modulaciones espaciales que hasta ahora se hab\u00edan despreciado. En este trabajo se demuestra que son cruciales para explicar la competici\u00f3n entre las diferentes soluciones y los n\u00fameros de onda de los patrones que se obtienen num\u00e9ricamente. Tambi\u00e9n se ha demostrado la estabilidad de hex\u00e1gonos distorsionados, similares a los que se hab\u00edan observado en la reacci\u00f3n cima. Con respecto a los patrones de bandas, se demostr\u00f3 que si se impone un patr\u00f3n inicial con un n\u00famero de onda diferente del cr\u00edtico para condiciones pr\u00f3ximas a la regi\u00f3n de hex\u00e1gonos estables, \u00e9stos aparecen de forma transitoria para ajustar el n\u00famero de onda de las bandas en la regi\u00f3n estable. Este resultado se confirm\u00f3 posteriormente en experimentos recientes con la reacci\u00f3n cdima (variante de la cima).  en la parte ii se han estudiado los patrones de turing oscilantes. En ella proponemos un nuevo modelo qu\u00edmico para investigar la inestabilidad de onda y su interacci\u00f3n con una inestabilidad de hopf homog\u00e9na.
