El presente trabajo fue dise\u00f1ado para estudiar el papel de los polimorfismos h5\/h7 y r353q del gen del factor vii, 4g\/5g del gen del pai-1 y c677t de la mthfr en la trombosis venosa, as\u00ed como evaluar su posible interacci\u00f3n con la presencia de factores gen\u00e9ticos (mutaci\u00f3n fv leiden, mutaci\u00f3n g20210a de la protrombina y deficiencias de pc, ps y atiii) y adquiridos. Un total de 291 pacientes diagnosticados de tev de edades comprendidas entre 16 y 65 a\u00f1os y 319 controles sin antecedentes personales de tev fueron analizados.
