Continuando en la misma l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n, hemos profundizado en algunos de los mecanismos de resistencia a los antimicrobianos en s. Marcescens.  por un lado, se ha estudiado la entrada de antibi\u00f3ticos beta-lact\u00e1micos y quinolonas a trav\u00e9s de la membrana externa de s.Marcessens a partir de cepas mutantes de porinas omp1 y omp2. Por este motivo, se ha determinado la cin\u00e9tica de acumulaci\u00f3n de ciprofloxacina de estos mutantes y se ha calculado el coeficiente de permeabilidad a cefaloridina.  dada la importancia de la proet\u00edna omp1 como v\u00eda de acceso de antibi\u00f3ticos, se ha profundizado en su estructura y funcionamiento. Se ha determinado su secuencia y a partir de esta se ha establecido un modelo te\u00f3rico sobre la estrcutrua tridimensional del mon\u00f3mero de porina. Se ha purificado la prote\u00edna y se han realizado medidas de conductancia que han permitido demostrar que se trata de una prote\u00edna formadora de canal y, segudiamente, se ha visualizado por microscop\u00eda de fuerza at\u00f3mica.  finalmente, se iniciaron estudios sobre los mecanismos de salida del antibi\u00f3tico a trav\u00e9s de la membrana, es decir, sobre los sistemas de reflujo en
