{"id":17969,"date":"2002-01-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2002-01-07T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/microcistinas-presencia-determinacion-y-estudios-toxicologicos\/"},"modified":"2002-01-07T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2002-01-07T00:00:00","slug":"microcistinas-presencia-determinacion-y-estudios-toxicologicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/microcistinas-presencia-determinacion-y-estudios-toxicologicos\/","title":{"rendered":"Microcistinas: presencia, determinaci\u00f3n y estudios toxicol\u00f3gicos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Isabel Mar\u00eda Moreno  Navarro <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las microcistinas (mcs) son toxinas pept\u00eddicas de bajo peso molecular, producidas por diferentes especies de algas cianof\u00edceas (blue-green algae), fundamentalmente de los g\u00e9neros microcystis, anabaena, oscillatoria, y nostoc que crecen a veces de forma anormal en aguas superficiales originando intoxicaciones tanto en animales como en humanos, a veces incluso fatales, por lo que est\u00e1n considerados como un problema ambiental, ecotoxicol\u00f3gico y principalmente sanitario.  las cianobacterias han sido objeto de atenci\u00f3n en el campo de la biotecnolog\u00eda, ya que pueden emplearse como suplementos en la alimentaci\u00f3n debido a que algunas cepas representan un alto contenido en prote\u00ednas, vitaminas y pigmentos, siendo adem\u00e1s fuente de sustancias de inter\u00e9s farmac\u00e9utico, como antibi\u00f3ticos. las \u00faltimas investigaciones se dirigen asimismo hacia el estudio de la producci\u00f3n y liberaci\u00f3n de toxinas en aguas dulces y salobres con efectos sobre la salud para el ganado y el hombre.  en resumen, las investigaciones sobre toxinas de cianobacterias t\u00f3xicas, y en concreto de mcs son de la m\u00e1xima actualidad, interes\u00e1ndonos en este trabajo el iniciar dicha l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n en nuestro departamento, comenzando los estudios de detecci\u00f3n, identificaci\u00f3n y cuantificaci\u00f3n de cianobacterias presentes en floraciones potencialmente t\u00f3xicas en el sudoeste de espa\u00f1a, en concreto a lo largo del curso del r\u00edo guadiana, con el objetivo de intentar conocer la incidencia de dichas floraciones en esta zona, dada la falta de datos al respecto.  la identificaci\u00f3n y cuantificaci\u00f3n de microcistinas en las muestras de agua se realiza aplicando tanto m\u00e9todos de screening o tamizado, como m\u00e9todos confirmatorios. Dado que la producci\u00f3n de toxinas en una misma reserva de agua es variable y obedece a m\u00faltiples factores a\u00fan no totalmente diluciados, nos proponemos contribuir al esclarecimiento de
