El objetivo es eliminar los compuestos contaminantes (herbicidas) mediante bacterias aut\u00f3ctonas inmovilizadas en soportes cer\u00e1micos y reutilizar el agua en el riego, aprovechando tambi\u00e9n el excedente de fertilizantes que se utilizan para el crecimiento del vegetal.  se ha estudiado las degradaci\u00f3n del herbicida mayoritario (oxadiaz\u00f3n) y se han desarrollado las herramientas necesarias para el control de los contaminantes en el agua y la viabilidad de las c\u00e9lulas dentro del biorreactor (mediante microscop\u00eda de l\u00e1ser confocal), para llevar a cabo la monitorizaci\u00f3n del proceso, a escala de laboratorio y en planta piloto.  por otra parte se han simulado matem\u00e1ticamente los procesos biol\u00f3gicos principales del sistema de
