En esta tesi hemos utilizado este modelo para analizar dos nuevos aspectos que ayudan a entender el proceso de la migraci\u00f3n. En primer lugar hemos analizado un nuevo papel de spalt en el desarrollo traqueal. hemos visto que en embriones mutantes para sal el sistema traqueal presenta una duplicaci\u00f3n de las ramas traqueales de la parte ventral. Consecuentemente la sobreexpresi\u00f3n de sal en todas las c\u00e9lulas traqueales reprime la identidad ventral. Estos resultados indican que la actividad de sal induce identidad dorsal en las c\u00e9lulas traqueales donde se expresa, regionalizando la placoda traqueal en el eje dorso-ventral. Esta funci\u00f3n es independiente de la v\u00eda de transducci\u00f3n de se\u00f1al wnt\/wg que regula la expresi\u00f3n tard\u00eda de sal, sugiriendo que la expresi\u00f3n temprana de sal es suficiente para promover identidad dorsal a las c\u00e9lulas traqueales.  por otro lado hemos estudiado cu\u00e1les son los tejidos que estan rodeando a las tr\u00e1queas y que influencia tienen estos en el desarrollo del sistema traqueal. Mediante la generaci\u00f3n de una l\u00ednea recombinante hemos visualizado la morfolog\u00eda celular del sistema traqueal y hemos visto que el mesodermo es uno de los tejidos que est\u00e1 en contacto con las c\u00e9lulas traqueales. hemos comprobado que mientras que el tronco dorsal, que migra en el eje anteroposterior, se abre camino entre poblaciones de mioblastos las ramas dorsal y laterales migran por espacios preexixtentes. As\u00ed hemos visto que el cuerpo graso otra estructura mesod\u00e9rmica que se forma justo por debajo del tronco dorsal, es necesario para la formaci\u00f3n de esta rama traqueal. la rama dorsal en canvio utiliza el surco que existe entre las poblaciones de mioblastos m\u00e1s dorsales y su configuraci\u00f3n final en una sola columna de c\u00e9lulas parece estar relacionada con la
