Para ello se ha realizado un seguimiento fotom\u00e9trico de 5 a\u00f1os del sistema qso 0957+561 en el telescopio iac-80 del observatorio de teide. Utilizando una nueva t\u00e9cnica de reducci\u00f3n fotom\u00e9trica y un nuevo m\u00e9todo de obtenci\u00f3n del retraso temporal, se ha encontrado un valor de 421.8+-3.3 d\u00edas para este sistema. La robustez de este valor se ha comprobado estudiando el retraso temporal obtenido con distitnas t\u00e9cnicas y distintos conjuntos de datos. Con este valor del retraso se ha estudiado el efecto microlente en el sistema qso 0957+561 llegando a la conclusi\u00f3n de la ausencia de se\u00f1al de microlensing de corta duraci\u00f3n por encima de 0.05 magnitudes, siendo la se\u00f1al por debajo de este nivel compatible con ruido. Tambi\u00e9n se destaca la dismuci\u00f3n de la diferencia de magnitudes medias &lt;ma&gt;-&lt;mb&gt; en la curva diferencial 1999\/2000. Adem\u00e1s se ha realizado un seguimiento del sistema qso 2237+0305 en el not del observatorio del roque de los muchachos en los filtros v y r. Este sistema se ha observado durante cuatro meses, detectando un evento de microlensing en la componente a. Este evento ha sido explicado por un cruce de c\u00e1ustica, modelando la fuente como un disco de acrecimiento en torno a un agujero negro.
