Lidia <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado la mutagenicidad de n-etilnitrosourea (enu) en c\u00e9lulas germinales femeninas de d.Melanogaster, utilizando el sistema vermilion, que permite la determinaci\u00f3n de frecuencias y espectros de mutaci\u00f3n simult\u00e1neamente, y bajo distintas condiciones de reparaci\u00f3n, eficientes y deficientes para los sistemas de reparaci\u00f3n por escisi\u00f3n de nucle\u00f3tido (ner) y de tolerancia mediada por \u00abbypass\u00bb del da\u00f1o (bmt).  los resultados de este trabajo demuestran que:  1,- enu es mutag\u00e9nico en oocitos y oogonias de drosophila.  2,- o6-etilguanina y las etilaciones en nitr\u00f3genos no contribuyen significativamente a su mutagenicidad en c\u00e9lulas eficientes en reparaci\u00f3n, porque se reparan por el enzima metilguanina metiltransferasa (mgmt) y por el sistema ner, respectivamente.  3,- o2-etiltimina y o4-etiltimina son los aductos con mayor relevancia mutag\u00e9nica; en su reparaci\u00f3n no interviene mgmt, y se necesitan los sistemas ner y bmt para su procesamiento.  4,- adem\u00e1s, bmt est\u00e1 implicado en el procesamiento de o2-etilcitosina.  5,- la comparaci\u00f3n de todos estos resultados son los descritos para c\u00e9lulas germinales masculinas demuestra la utilidad de las c\u00e9lulas femeninas en estudios de mecanismos de acci\u00f3n de mut\u00e1genos\/carcin\u00f3genos, especialmente cuando se analiza reparaci\u00f3n, y determina la necesidad de realizar este tipo de estudios en la l\u00ednea germinal en ambos sexos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Espectros moleculares de mutaci\u00f3n inducidos por enu en c\u00e9lulas germinales femeninas de drosophila melanogaster: influencia de las condiciones de reparaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Espectros moleculares de mutaci\u00f3n inducidos por enu en c\u00e9lulas germinales femeninas de drosophila melanogaster: influencia de las condiciones de reparaci\u00f3n <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  \u00e1lvarez Fern\u00e1ndez M.
