{"id":18221,"date":"2002-08-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2002-08-07T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/la-negociacion-de-prestamos-hipotecarios-de-vivienda-en-gipuzkoa\/"},"modified":"2002-08-07T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2002-08-07T00:00:00","slug":"la-negociacion-de-prestamos-hipotecarios-de-vivienda-en-gipuzkoa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-economicas\/la-negociacion-de-prestamos-hipotecarios-de-vivienda-en-gipuzkoa\/","title":{"rendered":"La negociaci\u00f3n de pr\u00e9stamos hipotecarios de vivienda en gipuzkoa"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Joseba Tutor Bilbao <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis responde al creciente inter\u00e9s suscitado por los siguientes dos temas: por un lado, la negociaci\u00f3n como habilidad \u00fatil en diversos \u00e1mbitos, tanto profesionales, como de la vida privada de las personas y, por otro, los pr\u00e9stamos hipotecarios de vivienda, cuya adquisicion supone una de las decisiones m\u00e1s comprometidas a tomar a lo largo de la vida.  son innumerables las investigaciones realizadas, en el \u00e1mbito de la negociaci\u00f3n. sin embargo, no son tantos los autores que dan una visi\u00f3n global del proceso negociador, incorporando todos los factores fundamentales dentro de \u00e9l.  en este trabajo, dentro del marco te\u00f3rico, tratamos de recoger y analizar de forma ordenada las variables que m\u00e1s influencia tienen en toda negociaci\u00f3n, planteando un marco global de an\u00e1lisis \u00fatil para cualquier tipo de negociaci\u00f3n.  una vez establecido ese marco, hemos escogido la negociaci\u00f3n del pr\u00e9stamos hipotecario de vivienda en gipukoa como \u00e1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n emp\u00edrica. nuestro objetivo es determinar c\u00f3mo se comportan las variables analizadas en el marco te\u00f3rico, dentro de este tipo de negociaci\u00f3n.  esta aplicaci\u00f3n emp\u00edrica resulta ser novedosa ya que toma como unidad estad\u00edstica los pares de agentes que negocian un pr\u00e9stamo de este tipo y no \u00fanicamente uno de los dos negociadores. De esta forma, logramos resultados m\u00e1s completos debido a que se recogen las percepciones y opiniones de todos los agentes negociadores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
