{"id":18268,"date":"2002-10-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2002-10-07T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/analisis-de-interfases-metalicas-y-su-modificacion-por-bombardeo-ionico\/"},"modified":"2002-10-07T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2002-10-07T00:00:00","slug":"analisis-de-interfases-metalicas-y-su-modificacion-por-bombardeo-ionico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/analisis-de-interfases-metalicas-y-su-modificacion-por-bombardeo-ionico\/","title":{"rendered":"An\u00e1lisis de interfases met\u00e1licas y su modificaci\u00f3n por bombardeo i\u00f3nico"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Jim\u00e9nez S\u00e1ez Jos\u00e9 Carlos <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los siguientes efectos inducidos por el bombardeo de haces de iones de un material se analizan mediante una t\u00e9cnica de simulaci\u00f3n monte carlo basada en la aproximaci\u00f3n de colisi\u00f3n binaria (bca):  * la recolocaci\u00f3n o implantaci\u00f3n preferencial de \u00e1tomos dispersados dentro de un s\u00f3lido homog\u00e9neo multicomponente, aplicada al caso del sistema: lu0,5fe0,5.  * el mezclado at\u00f3mico en sistemas multicapa: fe\/zr, fe\/ni y fe\/al.  * el mezclado at\u00f3mico en sistemas bicapa: zr(50nm)\/ni y ni(50nm)\/zr. se realiza una interfases.  un m\u00e9todo de simulaci\u00f3n basado en la t\u00e9cnica de din\u00e1mica molecular (md) se utiliza para analizar interfases met\u00e1licas con bajo y alto desajuste en sus par\u00e1metros de red. Los potenciales que se usan son, por un lado, el potencial del m\u00e9todo del \u00e1tomo embebido (eam) desarrollado por foiles para ni, cu y pd, y por otro, el potencial desarrollado por ackland para ag, au y cu.  * se muestra la distribuci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda potencial en una interfase ni\/pd(001)  * se describe la relajaci\u00f3n, estructura y energ\u00eda de la interfase ni\/cu(001) con bajo desajuste de red. Se encuentra crecimiento pseudom\u00f3rfico.  * se describe la estructura de los sistemas tricapa: cu\/ni\/cu(001) y ni\/cu\/ni(001).  * se analiza la relajaci\u00f3n, estructura y energ\u00eda de las interfases au\/cu(001) y cu\/au(001) con alto desajuste de red. S\u00f3lo se encuentra crecimiento pseudom\u00f3rfico en la \u00faltima.  aproximaci\u00f3n de colisi\u00f3n binaria y din\u00e1mica molecular, sistemas bicapa y  multicapa, mezclado
