1) establecer aspectos especiales de la preValencia en nuestra zona de la macroangiopatia diabetica. 2) correlacionar indices de control metabolico con dicha macroangiopatia. 3) estudiar las asociaciones de los anteriores parametros con la apo b-100.Para ello se estudiaron 200 diabeticos tipo ii en los que se determinaron 5 patrones electroforeticos de apo b-100 asi como la glicosilacion plasmatica y de apo b.Se comprobo que los pacientes con un patron electroforetico de una sola banda proteica tenian mayor glicosilacion de apo b y mayor porcentaje de complicaciones vasculares, mientras que los de patron electroforetico con dos bandas proteicas mostraban menor glicosilacion y macroangiopatia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
