Las pel\u00edculas de aleaciones granulares de cu-co y de \u00f3xidos magnetorresistentes son buenas candidatas para ser empleadas en sensores en vez de las superestructuras, que resultan dif\u00edciles de depositar. Para ello es necesario optimizar la preparaci\u00f3n de pel\u00edculas delgadas de dichos compuestos.  la presente tesis doctoral se ha focalizado por tanto en la preparaci\u00f3n de pel\u00edculas delgadas de aleaciones granulares de cu-co y de \u00f3xidos magnetorresistentes, buscando las condiciones de dep\u00f3sito precisas para obtener buenas propiedades magn\u00e9ticas y de magnetotransporte.  as\u00ed, por una parte se han obtenido muestas de cu-co por electrodeposici\u00f3n potenciostatica (i.E., Con voltaje constante) y se ha realizado un completo estudio de la influencia de los par\u00e1metros de deposici\u00f3n: voltaje aplicado, composici\u00f3n del ba\u00f1o electrol\u00edtico y tipo de substrato utilizado.  por otra parte se ha instalado un completo sistema de ablaci\u00f3n l\u00e1ser en la facultad de ciencias, el cual permite actualmente depositar muy variados compuestos (no solo magnetorresistentes). Haciendo uso de dicho sistema se han obtenido pel\u00edculas de cu-co, cuyo estudio nos ha permitido deducir que la variaci\u00f3n de la velocidad angular del blanco y de la frecuencia del l\u00e1ser permite cambiar la microestructura de las pel\u00edculas. De hecho, aumentando la cantidad de impactos consecutivos en el co aumenta la densidad de part\u00edculas.
