Pero otra dimensi\u00f3n ha sido la presencia p\u00fablica del personaje, con extravagancias e intervenciones medi\u00e1ticas sorprendentes.  en esta tesis se ha partido de la hip\u00f3tesis de que todo eso puede y debe ser analizado en el contexto del arte: dal\u00ed fue construyendo cuidadosamente su imagen, superando la noci\u00f3n cl\u00e1sica del autorretrato para llegar a elaborarse una biograf\u00eda y una especie de mitolog\u00eda personal. Se estudia minuciosamente aqu\u00ed la iconograf\u00eda del rostro con los dos elementos principales, los bigotes y los ojos.  otros cap\u00edtulos, m\u00e1s centrados en la construcci\u00f3n de la personalidad, se consagran a dal\u00ed como mago, rey y alquimista. Este artista aparece as\u00ed como un adelantado de actitudes art\u00edsticas muy recientes (performance, biograf\u00eda inventada, trabajo con los medios, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
