Santove\u00f1a Est\u00e9vez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El trabajo aborda como primer objetivo el desarrollo y la validaci\u00f3n de un m\u00e9todo anal\u00edtico que permita la caracterizaci\u00f3n y cuantificaci\u00f3n de las prote\u00ednas modelo, beta-lactoglobulina y alb\u00famina s\u00e9rica bovina, empleadas en realizar la preformulaci\u00f3n del p\u00e9ptido sint\u00e9tico antimal\u00e1rico spf66 sintetizado en el instituto de inmunolog\u00eda del hospital san juan de dios de bogot\u00e1 por m. Patarroyo y colaboradores.
