La androg\u00e9nesis consiste en la obtenci\u00f3n de formas vegetales por regeneraci\u00f3n a partir de microesporas. A las plantas homocig\u00f3ticas derivadas de la duplicaci\u00f3n cromos\u00f3mica de los gametofitos haploides se les denomina \u00abhaploides duplicados\u00bb (hd). Esta metodolog\u00eda puede resultar de utilidad cuando se aplica a materiales con fines de mejora para reunir genes de diferentes variedades. Se ha llevado a cabo el estudio de los factores gen\u00e9ticos que intervienen en el proceso de androg\u00e9nesis a partir de cultivo in vitro de anteras en triticale en dos variedades, \u00abtorote\u00bb y \u00abpresto\u00bb.  para diversos par\u00e1metros relacionados con la respuesta adrogen\u00e9tica, los valores medios de \u00abpresto\u00bb superan a los de \u00abtorote\u00bb. De este modo, \u00abtorote\u00bb y \u00abpresto\u00bb se pueden considerar como variedades de bajo y alto potencial androgen\u00e9tico, respectivamente. El h\u00edbrido intervarietal muestra heterosis, que llega a ser de hasta 460% superior respecto al mejor de los parentales, para el n\u00famero de pl\u00e1ntulas verdes\/1000 anteras.  se han producido 73 l\u00edneas haploides duplicadas f\u00e9rtiles a partir del cultivo de anteras del h\u00edbrido a partir del cultivo de antenas del h\u00edbrido intervarietal \u00abtorote\u00bb x \u00abpresto\u00bb.  el an\u00e1lisis de segregaci\u00f3n en las l\u00edneas hd ha permitido construir un mapa de marcadores moleculares. \u00e9Ste consta de 36 grupos de ligamiento, de los cuales 21 fueron identificados mediante microsat\u00e9lites localizados en cromosomas de trigo y centeno. La longitud total del mapa es de 2606,1 cm.  con relaci\u00f3n a la localizaci\u00f3n de factores gen\u00e9ticos implicados en androg\u00e9nesis se han localizado regiones qtl en los cromosomas 4r y
