Ruth Freire \u00c1\u00a4lvarez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se llev\u00f3 a cabo la caracterizaci\u00f3n molecular de la unidad de repetici\u00f3n del adnr 5s y de la regi\u00f3n its en las especies de berberecho c.Edule, c.Glaucum y c.Lamarcki, y en las de mejill\u00f3n m.Galloprovincialis, m.Edulis y m.Trossulus. Tambi\u00e9n se realiz\u00f3 la localizaci\u00f3n cromos\u00f3mica del adnr 5s y del adnr 18s-28s en uno de los berberechos, c.Edule y del adnr 5s en m.Galloprovincialis. El tama\u00f1o de la unidad de repetici\u00f3n del adnr 5s en los berberechos vari\u00f3 entre 539-561 pb de las que 120 pb se asignaron al gen. En los mejillones, se distinguen dos tipos de unidades (alfa y beta) definidas por la longitud y secuencia de la regi\u00f3n espaciadora. el tama\u00f1o de las secuencias alfa vari\u00f3 entre 257-262 pb y el de las beta entre 749-779 pb, asign\u00e1ndose en ambos casos 119 pb al gen 5s. Todas las especies se caractrizan por mostrar un cierto grado de variacion intraindividual, identific\u00e1ndose dos tipos de unidades (a y b) en c.Glaucum y c.Lamarchi y dos subtipos de secuencias beta (beta1 y beta2) en m.Edulis. La variaci\u00f3n se detecta mayoritariamente en la regi\u00f3n espaciadora. Atendiendo a los par\u00e1metros de divergencia y \u00e1rboles filogen\u00e9ticos inferidos, c.Edule es la especie m\u00e1s divergente, y los tipos a y b de c.Glaucum y c.Lamarcki secuenicas par\u00e1logas originadas en el ancestro de ambos berberechos. En los mejillones, las secuencias alfa indican que m.Edulis y m.Galloprovincialis son las especies m\u00e1s estrechamente relacionadas, mientras que las secuencias beta parecen reflejar la persistencia de un amplio polimorfismo ancestral. la localizaci\u00f3n cromos\u00f3mica del adnr 5s en c.Edule es el tel\u00f3mero del brazo largo de cinco pares cromos\u00f3nicos, mientras que la del adnr 18s-28s es el brazo corto de un par heterom\u00f3rfico.
