Mercedes <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Este trabajo se engloba dentro del marco de la acuicultura marina, concretamente dentro del cultivo de rodaballo. Este sector, de gran importancia en espa\u00f1a y en galicia, constituye una alternativa a la pesca dada la crisis por la que atraviesa dicho sector. A pesar de la importancia econ\u00f3mica del sector acu\u00edcola, \u00e9ste se ha tenido que enfrentar con una serie de problemas administrativos, zoosanitarios y medioambientales para intentar resolverlos. nuestro inter\u00e9s radica en aquellos problemas relacionados con la microbiolog\u00eda del medio ambiente, como el control de brotes epizo\u00f3ticos, el control de la calidad de las aguas de los sistemas de cultivo o la evaluaci\u00f3n del impacto ambiental que el vertido de las aguas de los cultivos supone en el medio natural. Todos estos aspectos implican la necesidad de un estudio exhaustivo de la microbiota aut\u00f3ctona ligada a los cultivos marinos.  por ello, se ha realizado un estudio de la microbiota bacteriana asociada al cultivo de rodaballo (scophthalmus maximus). Las 496 cepas bacterianas obtenidas de epidermis de rodaballo y de su agua de cultivo, se caracterizaron fenot\u00edpicamente y se sometieron a un estudio de taxonom\u00eda num\u00e9rica. Adem\u00e1s se realiz\u00f3 una caracterizaci\u00f3n molecular de las principales cepas de vibrio utilizando las t\u00e9cnicas del ribotipado y la secuenciaci\u00f3n de los genes que codifican para el arnr 16s, para confirmar las identificaciones fenot\u00edpicas y asignar aquellas pocas precisas.  los aislados obtenidos fueron bacterias heter\u00f3trofas, gram-negativas que se dividieron en dos grandes grupos: bacterias anaerobias facultativas o fermentadoras y bacterias no fermentadoras o con metabolismo aerobio.  la mayor\u00eda de las cepas fermentadoras pertenecieron al g\u00e9nero vibrio, y las especies mayoritarias descritas en el estudio fenot\u00edpico fueron: v.Splendidus i, v.Aestuarianus, v.Fischeri, v.Ordalii y v.Scophthalmi.  para las bacterias no fermentadoras se difinieron 4 grandes<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Estudio de la microbiota asociada al cultivo de rodaballo<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Estudio de la microbiota asociada al cultivo de rodaballo <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Montes Campos M.
