Se detectaron veinte especies de helmintos. En a.Barbara se encontraron siete especies (choanotaenia infundibulum (bloch, 1779) railliet, 1896 (dilepididae) y lyruterina nigropunctata (crety, 1890) spasskaya &amp; spasskii, 1971 (paruterinidae) (cestoda); ascaridia galli (schrank, 1788) freeborn, 1923 (ascaridiidae), aonchotheca caudinflata (molin, 1858), baruscapillaria obsignata (madsen, 1945), eucoleus annulatus (molin, 1858) l\u00f3pez neyra, 1947 (trichuridae) y heterakis gallinarum (gmelin, 1790) (heterakidae) (nematoda) tres especies en c.Undulata (pseudidiogenes nana fuhrmann, 1925, otiditaenia conoides (bloch, 1782) (davaineidae) y hispaniolepis villosa bloch, 1782 (hymenolepididae) (cestoda), cinco en c.Livia (r. Micracantha (davaineidae) (cestoda); aonchotheca sp. (Trichuridae), tetrameres (tetrameres) fissispina (diesing, 1861) travassos, 1915 (tetrameridae), synhimantus (dispharynx) spiralis (molin, 1858) (acuariidae) y a.Columbae (ascariddidae) (nematoda), dos en f.Atra (paramonostomum sp. (Notocotylidae) (digenea) y capillaria sp. (Trichuridae) (nematoda), y tres en l.Cachinnans (tetrabothrius (oriana) erostris l\u00ed\u00b6nnberg, 1896 y  tetrabothrius (neotetraobthrius) sp. (Cestoda); y cosmocephalus sp. (Acuariidae) (nematodal). Con este estudio se plantea la revisi\u00f3n del g\u00e9nero paramonostomum. Dentro de los cestodos, consideramos una nueva especie de tetrabothrius obtenida de l. Cachinnans, aunque se requiere m\u00e1s material para la diferenciaci\u00f3n morfol\u00f3gica espec\u00edfica. se discute desde el punto de vista faun\u00edstico la riqueza de helmintos por nivel gen\u00e9rico del hospedador y distribuci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica. Dieciocho especies de helmintos son denunciadas por primera vez para canarias y, dentro de \u00e9stos, tres son primeras citas para espa\u00f1a.
