El objetivo de nuestra memoria es examinar el efecto de la hiperfenilalaninemia maternal sobre la morfolog\u00eda y desarrollo bioqu\u00edmico en cerebro y cerebelo de ratas j\u00f3venes. En nuestro modelo de pku, nosotros evaluamos un n\u00famero de marcadores de estr\u00e9s oxidativo tales como la formaci\u00f3n de adductos de ehrlich, peroxidaci\u00f3n lip\u00eddica, niveles de glutati\u00f3n reducido y oxidado y la actividad de la glutati\u00f3n peroxidasa y reductasa. Nosotros tambi\u00e9n estudiamos de estr\u00e9s oxidativo. En este trabajo nosotros demostramos que la hiperfenilalaninemia prenatal incrementa fuertemente los marcadores estudiados e induce un significativo da\u00f1o morfol\u00f3gico. Nosotros tambi\u00e9n demostramos que la melatonina, vitamina e y vitamina c previnieron el da\u00f1o oxidativo biomolecular en cerebro y cerebelo. En conclusi\u00f3n la hiperfenilalaninemia induce un evidente estado de estr\u00e9s oxidativo que de alguna manera involucra da\u00f1os en cerebro, cerebelo y cuerpo como ocurre en los errores innatos. Adem\u00e1s la melatonina y otros antioxidantes son capaces de prevenir completamente el da\u00f1o inducido por el estado de hiperfenilalaninemia fetal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
