La l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n de la tesis responde al objetivo general de optimizar el rendimiento experimental de la t\u00e9cnica de modulaci\u00f3n de amplitud, para lo cual se ha elaborado un modelo te\u00f3rico que permite describir, analizar y predecir su funcionamiento. por otro lado, se presentan diversos experimentos que demuestran la validez y relevancia de las conclusiones obteniedas de la aplicaci\u00f3n del modelo.  el modelo te\u00f3rico se basa en un oscilador no lineal de masa puntual. la interacci\u00f3n punta-muestra consdierada incluye fuerzas atractivas (van de waals) y repulsivas (modelos dmt y jkr). Las principales conclusiones de la aplicaci\u00f3n del modelo son la coexistencia de estados de oscilaci\u00f3n de la micropalanca del microscopio y la aparici\u00f3n de un r\u00e9gimen de interacci\u00f3n punta-muestra atractivo y otro repulsivo, determinados por el signo del promedio de la fuerza de interacci\u00f3n. Esta magnitud, junto con la energ\u00eda disipada en la interacci\u00f3n punta-muestra, es lamagnitud que gobierna el comportamiento de la amplitud de la oscilaci\u00f3n de la micropalanca, seg\u00fan se demuestra mediante una nueva aproximaci\u00f3n anal\u00edtica desarrollada en la tesis.  los c\u00e1lculos y los experimentos realizados sobre muestras de antincuerpos individuales y diversas nanoestructuras muestran que la coexistencia de soluciones desempe\u00f1a un papel clave en la estabilidad de la adquisici\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes, mientras que la selecci\u00f3n del r\u00e9gimen de interacci\u00f3n adecuado, en funci\u00f3n de las propiedades de la muestra, resulta fundamental para optimizar la resoluci\u00f3n espacial de la t\u00e9cnica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
