Ha tenido como prop\u00f3sito la obtenci\u00f3n de un modelo sintetizable que pueda ser adaptado con facilidad a diferentes tarjetas bajo test y usado para obtener un equipo que realice el test boundary scan de infraestructura e interconexiones. se han combinado varios m\u00e9todos para la generaci\u00f3n de vectores y detecci\u00f3n de fallos, descritos con diferentes estilos, para obtener un grupo de modelos diferentes que han sido comparados en t\u00e9rminos de ocupaci\u00f3n de recursos, frecuencia de operaci\u00f3n y tiempo de s\u00edntesis. Todos los modelos se han verificado mediante el uso de placas de prototipo reales, y la viabilidad de la implementaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica del equipo de test se ha establecido para varias familias de fpgas comerciales.
