Luz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis doctoral analiza la negociaci\u00f3n entre empresas y sindicatos, centr\u00e1ndose en los efectos estrat\u00e9gicos que pueden surgir cuando ambos agentes negocian salarios o alguna otra variable relevante. En el primero de los cap\u00edtulos hemos resaltado la importancia que tiene el que coexistan empresas con convenios laborales de diferente duraci\u00f3n: negociaci\u00f3n a corto plazo (periodo a periodo), o negociaci\u00f3n a largo plazo (para dos periodos). en el segundo cap\u00edtulo hemos analizado la cuesti\u00f3n de si los salarios por motivos estrat\u00e9gicos, se negocian de manera secuencial o simult\u00e1nea, considerando que la decisi\u00f3n de cu\u00e1ndo se negocia la pueden tomar tanto las empresas como los sindicatos. El tercer cap\u00edtulo analiza si la inversi\u00f3n en i+d debe ser elegida unilateralmente por la empresa o es m\u00e1s adecuado que sea negociada con el sindicato.
