Para ello se ha hecho una caracterizaci\u00f3n f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmica de las c\u00e9lulas y de las superficies donde se lleva a cabo la adhesi\u00f3n, obteniendo su potencial zeta y tensi\u00f3n superficial (caracterizaci\u00f3n termodin\u00e1mica) y empleando un microscopio de fuerza at\u00f3mica (afm). A partir de estos datos se han interpretado te\u00f3ricamente la adhesi\u00f3n utilizando los modelos dlvo y xdlvo y se han contrastado estos resultados con los datos experimentales de adhesi\u00f3n in vitro utilizando un m\u00e9todo est\u00e1tico de adhesi\u00f3n y uno din\u00e1mico, que se basa en el empleo de una c\u00e1mara de flujo laminar y que asemeja las condiciones de adhesi\u00f3n en el cuerpo humano.
