<strong>  Gallardo Moreno Amparo Mar\u00eda <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de esta tesis ha sido el estudio de la etapa inicial de la adhesi\u00f3n de microorganismos pat\u00f3genos (enterococcus faecalis y candida parapsilosis)a distintos substratos (vidrio,silicona, poliestireno, n-hexadecano y cloroformo).Para ello se ha hecho una caracterizaci\u00f3n f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmica de las c\u00e9lulas y de las superficies donde se lleva a cabo la adhesi\u00f3n, obteniendo su potencial zeta y tensi\u00f3n superficial (caracterizaci\u00f3n termodin\u00e1mica)y empleando un microscopio de fuerza at\u00f3mica (afm).A partir de estos datos se ha interpretado te\u00f3ricamente la adhesi\u00f3n utilizando los modelos dlvo y xdlvo y se han contrastado estos resultados con los datos experimentales de adhesi\u00f3n invitro  utilizando un m\u00e9todo est\u00e1tico de adhesi\u00f3m y uno dinamico , que se basa en el empleo de una c\u00e1mara de flujo laminar y que asemeja las condiciones de ade adhesi\u00f3n en el cuerpo humano.Tambi\u00e9n se ha determinado la hidrofobicidad de superficie celular utilizando distintas t\u00e9cnicas,math,math din\u00e1mico y mats.  completando el estudio,se ha analizado la influencia de suero,antibioticos, temperatura de medida, temperatura de cultivo y l\u00edquidos de suspensi\u00f3n en las anteriores propiedades f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicas y en el comportamiento adhesivo de los microorganismos,comprobando que todos estos factores alteran dichas propiedades y que las prediciones termodin\u00e1micas,basadas en los cambios que experimenta la energ\u00eda libre de interacci\u00f3n, est\u00e1n de acuerdo en las variaciones observadas en la adhesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
