As\u00ed mismo se construy\u00f3 un vector de expresi\u00f3n inducible en eucariotas con el objetivo de expresarlo de forma controlada en un modelo experimental de c\u00e9lulas tumorales en cultivo: las l\u00edneas mcf-7 de c\u00e1ncer de mama y msr-3 de melanoma.
