Se comienza analizando su teor\u00eda de la acci\u00f3n, \u00e1mbito en el que la akras\u00eda tiene lugar. Este an\u00e1lisis tiene como resultado la distinci\u00f3n de dos diferentes teor\u00edas de la acci\u00f3n en arist\u00f3teles: la teor\u00eda de la decisi\u00f3n, que examina la acci\u00f3n desde el punto de vista del deseo y el c\u00e1lculo de los medios, y la teor\u00eda del silogismo pr\u00e1ctico, que hace lo propio desde el punto de vista de su justificaci\u00f3n racional. Estas teor\u00edas se presentan como complementarias, no como alternativas, de modo que en el an\u00e1lisis de cualquier acci\u00f3n podemos atender a ambos aspectos.  la interpretaci\u00f3n de la akras\u00eda se realiza a partir de la hip\u00f3tesis expuesta sobre la filosof\u00eda aristot\u00e9lica de la acci\u00f3n, siguiendo principalmente el curso de la exposici\u00f3n del libro vii de la \u00e9tica a nic\u00f3maco. En su an\u00e1lisis m\u00e1s profundo, la akras\u00eda incluye un conflicto entre los aspectos racional y desiderativo que arist\u00f3teles trata de resolver respetando la complementariedad de ambos. De esta soluci\u00f3n se derivan ciertas consecuencias, sobre la clasificaci\u00f3n de los tipos de akras\u00eda, la educaci\u00f3n y la evoluci\u00f3n moral, la relaci\u00f3n de la akras\u00eda con la verdad pr\u00e1ctica y su voluntariedad e intencionalidad, que son analizadas a partir de la interpretaci\u00f3n realizada.  por \u00faltimo, se indaga el alcance de la interpretaci\u00f3n realizada sobre algunos aspectos m\u00e1s generales del pensamiento de arist\u00f3teles; la relaci\u00f3n de su soluci\u00f3n con el intelectualismo moral socr\u00e1tico, la presencia latente del fen\u00f3meno a lo largo de toda su \u00e9tica, y la confirmaci\u00f3n de la teor\u00eda de la acci\u00f3n aludida desde el an\u00e1lisis de la akras\u00eda.
