A diferencia de las angiospermas, las coniferas desarrollan cloroplastos verdes en oscuridad. Se comprobo que la clorofila se acumulaba durante el desarrollo en luz y en oscuridad, en plantulas de pino. Se purificaron las proteinas cloroplastidicas rubisco y lhcp, y se obtuvieron anticuerpos contra ellas, que se utilizaron para comprobar la acumulacion de estas proteinas durante el desarrollo de la plantula, tanto en luz como en oscuridad. Tambien se comprobo la acumulacion en las mismas condiciones de los transcritos de estas proteinas.  se purifico la fd-gogat de pino, y se obtuvieron anticuerpos contra esta proteina, que sirvieron para mostrar su localizacion cloroplastidica, y en tejidos fotosinteticos en la plantula, asi como su acumulacion independiente de luz durante el desarrollo; esto sugiere un importante papel del ciclo gs\/gogat en la asimilacion del amonio de las proteinas de reserva. Los anticuerpos sirvieron para la obtencion de un clon de cdna de la fd-gogat, utilizado en estudios de expresion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
